This year we're encouraging everyone on the park to pause, breathe, and take a moment for their wellbeing.

Our friendly park team have been out and about handing out stress balls and quotes of encouragement to help put a smile on everyone’s faces.

These small giveaways are a simple reminder to take a break, release some tension, and be present β€” even if it’s just for a minute or two. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to make a big difference.

Our community certainly seemed to enjoy the free gift, finding many creative ways to use the stress balls to entertain themselves.
