Our community came together to build their very own bird boxes, this time supporting nature at home and creating safe havens for garden birds to nest and thrive.
Led by our landscaping partners IPA, the session gave participants the opportunity to learn about the different bird species that visit the park and how providing safe nesting spaces can make a real difference to their survival.
Armed with hammers, nails, and plenty of enthusiasm, the workshop was not only educational but also a great opportunity for occupiers to step away from their desks, get creative, and enjoy a wellbeing break.
At Farnborough Business Park, we’re passionate about supporting biodiversity. Initiatives like this are part of our wider commitment to sustainability and helping our community get involved with looking after the planet.
💚Did you know?  Farnborough Business Park holds the Green Flag Award, recognising our outstanding green spaces and commitment to environmental excellence.
A big thank you to everyone who took part in the workshop — and to IPA for guiding the session and sharing their expertise.
Beyond location and specification, organisations are increasingly considering how design, comfort and access to amenities shape day-to-day experience and longer-term working culture.
Rather than being viewed as an added extra, workplace wellbeing is now part of how many businesses think about creating environments that feel supportive, engaging and fit for modern working patterns.
When we think of modern office buildings, we picture dynamic, multi-use environments that recognise a simple truth: productivity flourishes when spaces adapt to people, not the other way round.
This vision is a world away from conventional desk-focused layouts, moving towards integrated spaces accommodating diverse working styles.
