The Farnborough Park Summer Fete delivered an afternoon of community, creativity, and plenty of furry fun. Occupiers enjoyed games, live music, stalls and delicious food through a mixture of sunshine and rain, but stars of the show had to be the very instagrammable alpacas, providing photo opportunities for all!
As part of the traditional village fete games we included a classic tombolla to raise money for our park charity, Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, and we’re delighted to say our community rolled up to help raise £234.
Everyone had a great time and as ever turned out in force for one of the community events of the year. Here’s what you had to say…..
“A brilliant event and one I always make sure I’m in the office for each year.”
“The alpacas and the BBQ… loved the alpacas this year! More animal petting zoos!”
“The variety of food and the music each year is always a delight.”
Across Farnborough Business Park, areas of grassland have been left to grow as part of the national No Mow May campaign, led by Plantlife, encouraging people to put away the lawnmowers and let nature thrive.
8,330 sq ft deal with a 10-year lease for Aon at Pinehurst 2, Farnborough Business Park.
As part of our Connect to Nature Month, occupiers across the park were invited to step outside, enjoy the fresh air and capture their favourite moments from around the park for our Walk to Work Day photo competition.
