3,620 sq ft deal with a five-year lease for Segen at 200 Fowler Avenue, Farnborough Business Park
Frasers Property UK has secured Segen, the UK’s leading renewables distributor, for a five-year lease with 3,620 sq ft of high-quality fitted office space at 200 Fowler Avenue, Farnborough Business Park in Hampshire.
Farnborough Business Park offers a wide range of workspace options tailored to evolving workplace needs — from CAT A offices to flexible units in The Hub designed for smaller teams and agile businesses.
Founded in 2004, Segen has grown rapidly to become the market leader in the wholesale and distribution of solar PV, battery energy storage systems, and EV charging solutions in the UK. It also has subsidiaries in Europe and South Africa. The move sees Segen relocate from its previous premises in Aldershot to the modern, amenity-rich environment of Farnborough Business Park.
Christina Cosgrove, Senior Asset Manager at Frasers Property UK, said: “As businesses continue to respond to shifting workplace trends, the demand for a variety of workspace types continues to rise. We offer that flexibility at Farnborough Business Park and are thrilled that Segen has chosen the estate as its new home. We look forward to seeing them thrive amongst Farnborough’s vibrant business community.”

Beyond location and specification, organisations are increasingly considering how design, comfort and access to amenities shape day-to-day experience and longer-term working culture.
Rather than being viewed as an added extra, workplace wellbeing is now part of how many businesses think about creating environments that feel supportive, engaging and fit for modern working patterns.
When we think of modern office buildings, we picture dynamic, multi-use environments that recognise a simple truth: productivity flourishes when spaces adapt to people, not the other way round.
This vision is a world away from conventional desk-focused layouts, moving towards integrated spaces accommodating diverse working styles.
