5,300 sq ft deal for PolarSeal’s first Corporate Innovation Hub
Frasers Property UK has secured PolarSeal, a global contract development and manufacturing organisation in the medical devices and life sciences sector, for a new 5,300 sq ft lease at Farnborough Business Park, Hampshire.
PolarSeal is relocating to 250 Fowler Avenue at Farnborough Business Park, where it will establish its first Corporate Innovation Hub. The new space will bring together teams across business development, client relations, R&D, project management, IT, finance and executive leadership, and will feature an Innovation Lab designed for client engagement and collaboration.
Founded in 1981, PolarSeal has over 40 years’ experience in advanced flexible material solutions for the medical device and life sciences industries. Trusted by leading healthcare brands worldwide, the company enables MedTech innovation through scalable, high-quality manufacturing, with facilities in Surrey, Suffolk and the USA.
