Frasers Property UK has been awarded ‘Commercial Landlord of the Year’ at the Thames Valley Property Awards 2024, in recognition of its commitment to creating vibrant, community-focused workspaces. This award highlights FPUK’s focus on developing environments that go beyond traditional business premises, by offering engaging experiences and adaptable spaces that foster growth and success for occupiers.
Helen Barnett, Senior Placemaking Manager at Frasers Property UK, commented, “We’ve had an extremely busy year with positive feedback from current and potential occupiers. Our goal is to create the best working environments, incorporating thoughtful landscaping, amenities and various occupier-focused events. We actively research what our occupiers want, which helps us create spaces that support their success.”
In addition to this recognition, Frasers Property’s Maxis development in Bracknell was honoured with the ‘Sustainable Development of the Year’ award. This accolade underscores Maxis’ outstanding achievements in green building practices, including energy efficiency, carbon reduction, biodiversity enhancement, and sustainable transport initiatives, all contributing to a reduced environmental impact and improved tenant wellbeing.
Maxis, a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified development, features rooftop solar panels, biodiverse green roofs, and a strong focus on reducing carbon emissions. “Sustainability is crucial to Frasers Property across all our portfolios,” said Helen Barnett. “Maxis stands out with features like green roofs and energy feedback systems, which help occupiers reduce their carbon footprint and improve their ESG credentials.”
These awards reflect the company’s ongoing dedication to creating sustainable, future-ready communities where businesses can thrive and employees feel valued. The recognition celebrates the hard work of the Frasers Property UK team and reinforces the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and occupier satisfaction.
