Strong leasing activity at Farnborough Business Park with over 57,000 sq ft of space secured in the last 12 months.
Frasers Property UK has secured over 57,000 sq ft of lettings at Farnborough Business Park in Hampshire, having welcomed a diverse portfolio of technology, finance and aerospace businesses to the vibrant and thriving community over the last 12 months.
According to data from CBRE, the South East region saw a 5% uplift in office take-up during 2024, with the Thames Valley accounting for more than 77% of office up-take during Q4 totalling 368,100 sq ft.
In June 2024, the park completed one of its biggest new occupier lettings for 29,000 sq ft of office space, which resulted in 110 Pinehurst Square being fully let. Other new occupiers at Farnborough Business Park also include Howden Insurance, ARO, Mondas, AtlasAir and OneCare Platform. They cited the park’s focus on sustainability, impressive office environments and amenities, as well as its strong sense of community as reasons that influenced decisions to make the move. These lettings in Q3 and Q4 of 2024 saw Farnborough Business Park achieve its strongest results of the year.
Thanks to the park’s strong transport infrastructure and its unrivalled and diverse business environment with premium office spaces and state-of-the-art facilities, Farnborough Business Park has attracted international companies such as Lenovo, Zurich Insurance, Fluor, Siemens, Natwest and Syneos Health.
