We’re encouraging our community to take advantage of #CycleToWorkDay on August 1, with a free drink from our onsite café, The Aviators, for everyone who jumps on their bike for their daily commute.
And if you haven’t got a bike why not take advantage of our free bike hire scheme – Ryde - promoting sustainable travel across the business park and beyond.
Our bikes are available for up to 72 hours, so you could pick it up the night before or enjoy a cycle ride around the park. You can even take one home for evening or weekend adventures.
RSVP on our park app – Pip - to take part and see T&C’s and to download our Ryde app to hire a bike.
The Benefits of Cycling
There are so many benefits to cycling from improving your cardiovascular health, strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility. It’s also great fun and like all exercise it offers a mental health boost too!
These days cycling is also about the environment and creating more sustainable travel to cut down on emissions and reduce your carbon footprint.
How to Get Started Cycling To Work
Who knows, Cycle to Work Day could be the start of a whole new healthy habit!
8,330 sq ft deal with a 10-year lease for Aon at Pinehurst 2, Farnborough Business Park.
Beyond location and specification, organisations are increasingly considering how design, comfort and access to amenities shape day-to-day experience and longer-term working culture.
Rather than being viewed as an added extra, workplace wellbeing is now part of how many businesses think about creating environments that feel supportive, engaging and fit for modern working patterns.
When we think of modern office buildings, we picture dynamic, multi-use environments that recognise a simple truth: productivity flourishes when spaces adapt to people, not the other way round.
This vision is a world away from conventional desk-focused layouts, moving towards integrated spaces accommodating diverse working styles.
