Once again, we’re demonstrating at Farnborough Park we’re committed to promoting sustainable spaces across our park, winning a prestigious Green Flag Award for the ninth year running! Nearly a decade of dedication!
Awarded by leading environmental charity, Keep Britain Tidy, it serves as a global benchmark for the management of recreational outdoor spaces and shows we’ve created a welcoming space for our community which is:
🌿 Amongst the best maintained and managed green space in the world!
🌿 Healthy, safe & secure
🌿 Supporting biodiversity & conserving natural habitats
🌿 Loved and supported by the local community
Keep Britain Tidy’s Green Flag Award Scheme Manager Paul Todd MBE said: “I would like to congratulate everyone involved at Farnborough Business Park in achieving a Green Flag Award.
“Farnborough is a vital green space for communities to socialise, enjoy nature and it provides park users the opportunity to improve their physical and mental health.
“We know that the team work tirelessly to ensure it maintains the high standards of the Green Flag Award and everyone involved should feel extremely proud of their achievement.”
Chris Field, Estates Manager for Farnborough Park added: “We’ve won this award for nearly as long as I’ve managed the park! It certainly does make me feel incredibly proud to think we continue as a team to achieve such high standards to create what is a truly beautiful space for our community to enjoy.”
Beyond location and specification, organisations are increasingly considering how design, comfort and access to amenities shape day-to-day experience and longer-term working culture.
Rather than being viewed as an added extra, workplace wellbeing is now part of how many businesses think about creating environments that feel supportive, engaging and fit for modern working patterns.
When we think of modern office buildings, we picture dynamic, multi-use environments that recognise a simple truth: productivity flourishes when spaces adapt to people, not the other way round.
This vision is a world away from conventional desk-focused layouts, moving towards integrated spaces accommodating diverse working styles.
